You must pay within 24 hours. If you don't pay, the adoptable will be placed back on sale or will go to the next highest bidder.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive the unwatermarked images via email.- NO REFUNDS
Once you pay and get the character, there's no going back. If you don't want the adoptable anymore, just resell it or trade it or gift it. You can even give it back to me, but you won't get your money back.-NO BACKING OUT ON A WINNING BID
This will place you on a blacklist.
You can back out from an ongoing auction (in which case you DO NOT delete your bid but simply tell me you can't partecipate anymore, either publicly or in DM). You ABSOLUTELY CANNOT delete your winning bid once the auction is over. If you don't have the money to pay, simply DO NOT enter the auction. Do not offer what you don't have.-PERSONAL USE ONLY
Once you purchase the adoptable, it is yours. You can do whatever you want with it BUT you can't use the design to profit off of it. If you wish to use it for a commercial project (ex.: videogame), DM me and perhaps we can work something out.
In case I gave the character a name, you can change it once you adopt it.-RESELLING/TRADING/GIFTING is allowed.
As said above, you can do whatever you want with the adoptable you purchased. In case you resell it, just make sure to not sell the design at a higher price than it was initially sold to you (unless you add your own art to it). You CAN'T resell the design as it is, at a higher price and claiming it as yours.-DO NOT TRACE MY DESIGNS, REPOST MY WORK WITHOUT CREDITS OR USE MY ART FOR NFTs OR FEED IT TO AI.If you purchase an adoptable from me it means you agree to the terms above. If for any reasons you fail to follow my TOS, you may lose ownership over the adoptable + be blacklisted.DM me for any further info.
